Privacy of the Information and data on the contact/booking form:

Your privacy is important for us. We securely hold and do not provide any third party with the information and data provided in the booking form. We may need these information to contact customers by phone or email if questions arise regarding the booking.

Media: All photos on my website and my Facebook page has the permission to use from the parent or caregivers, for privacy reasons. We generally crop photos to highlight the painted design itself. We solely use the photos for marketing purposes. Please contact me if you want to remove a specific photo.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum booking is 1 hour.
2. Your party/event is confirmed, once the deposit, at least $30 is paid. (First paid, first booked.) (If you book in November/December, you must pay a 50% deposit, and we will consider it as a cancellation fee if you cancel the event after booking)
3. By booking you accept Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation policy.
4. Full payment required latest a week (7 days) before the event.
5. Travel cost may apply: 
   0-10 km included
   10-20 km $20.00
   20-30 km $30.00
6. Cancellation policy: If a booked party/event is cancelled $30 cancellation fee will apply. In case of last minute cancellation or modification (within 5 working days of the event date) the full amount of the quote is non refundable to cover the time loss.
   If you cancel a November/December booking, we will not refund the 50% deposit. However, you can use the remaining balance for a future event within a year.. In case of last minute cancellation or modification (within 5 working days of the event date) the full amount of the quote is non refundable.
