About Andrea
Hi, I’m Andrea! I offer professional face painting and balloon twisting services for birthday parties, events, and festivals in Tauranga and across the Bay of Plenty.
My journey began with balloon twisting in 2014, and it wasn’t long before I discovered a passion and talent for face painting. In 2016, I started Andrea Face Painting, combining both skills to create colourful, memorable experiences for children and adults alike.
Since then, I’ve continued to grow as an artist by attending workshops and learning from some of the world’s leading face painters. Most recently, I completed the IFPS Professional Face Painting Course, helping me refine my techniques even further. I’m proud to display this qualification alongside the other workshops and training I’ve completed.
I genuinely love what I do and feel grateful to be part of so many special celebrations. Seeing children’s excitement and helping create lasting memories is the best part of my job.

I only use high-quality, professional face paints that are skin-safe and easy to remove with water and olive oil or coconut oil. For more details, check out the FAQ page.
My balloon creations are crafted from durable, premium balloons. With a little care and by keeping them away from sharp objects, they can often last for several days.
